Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs the plant's mechanical systems.Performance ExpectationsRepairs, maintains, and installs mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with blueprints, diagrams, sketches, operating manuals and manufacturer specificationsRepairs any minor electrical malfunctions and carries out appropriate repairsDraws up a list of requirements with a detailed explanation of the materials or parts requiredComplies with safety precautions by systematically rectifying faultsEnsures a clean and organized working environment in accordance with operational regulationsApplies the principles of lean production, and other problem-solving procedures.
