Senior Director Engineering - User Experience (UX)

As Senior Director Engineering – User Experience (UX) here at Honeywell Technologies, you will lead the transformation of UX across Building Automation’s global portfolio of digital and physical solutions.You will redefine how users interact with complex systems spanning software, hardware, and real-world workflows, shifting UX from interface design to a research-driven, outcome-focused discipline that directly shapes product strategy and customer value. This role is crucial in enhancing the capability and effectiveness of the UX team by driving the upskilling of Gen AI and UX for AI/ML capabilities, advocating for end-user co-creation and fostering an innovative and user-centered design environment.
