Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Labor and Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license. Details Work in the Labor-Delivery-Recovery unit of a hospital setting 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7p-7:30a No on-call requirements Requirements Active GA or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery required Current AHA BLS certification required NBSTA or NCCT certification preferred Additional Information Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer and cannot be requested afterward These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
