divh2Line Cook/h2pBites and Brews located within 814 Lanes and Games Line Cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, preparing all food orders within a timely manner./ph3Essential Duties And Responsibilities:/h3olliPrepares a variety of food, with diverse methods of preparation and adheres to specific procedures./liliWorks in a fast-paced environment and accomplishes multiple tasks within established time frames./liliAdheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures./liliFollow recipes to ensure high quality consistent products are delivered to the guest./liliCompletes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations as necessary./liliBreaks down and cleans the station or work area at the end of shift./liliCleans and sanitizes throughout the shift./liliOther responsibilities as assigned./li/olh3Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:/h3olliStands 100% of shift./liliWorks with an open flame./liliMay use slicers or other kitchen machinery./liliAble to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5 lbs. of weight./liliAble to communicate with manager and team members to ensure guest satisfaction./li/olh3Education/Qualifications:/h3olliHigh School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred./liliMust be 18 years of age or older./liliServSafe Certified preferred./liliCooking Experience is a plus./li/olh3Physical Demands:/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
