Common Area Housekeeping/ Maintenance Needed
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position to be completed with appropriate reasonable accommodation.
• Cleans public areas, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and common areas.
• Performs all housekeeping duties including:
• Cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed
• Sweeping, cleaning rugs, carpets
• Dusting furniture and equipment.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $17.00 per hour
