We are looking for an Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Coatesville, PA area to assist with the role below. This role does offer great work-life balance in a more relaxed work environment with great support staff, lower number of patients per day; and you're off every weekend and holiday!

Details:
- Setting: PACE Clinic
- Location: Coatesville, PA
- Schedule: Part-time (Mon-Fri 20 hours/wk)
- Duties:
- Geriatric Medicine Patients
- Provide medical coverage in collaboration with PO Physicians
- Discharge planning for acute and long-term placements
- Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness
Required :
- Active PA license
- Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)
- BLS, CDS,/CSR
- DEA
- Must have prescriptive authority
- 1 year + experience working with elderly population
- 5 years experience in long-term care
Compensation :
- $100k-140k/yr
- Receive a paycheck every Friday
- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
