The Role

At Digital Media Vending, we build the next generation of smart automated retail machines. We need a hardworking, hands-on Warehouse Specialist to keep our facility organized and our operations moving smoothly.

Unlike our technician roles, this position is purely focused on the backbone of our warehouse operations. You will be driving box trucks, operating heavy machinery, setting up storage infrastructure, and ensuring our facility is in top shape. We are looking for a true team player who is always willing to roll up their sleeves, jump in where needed, and get the job done safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Transport: Drive our company box trucks for local transport, safely operating lift gates to load and unload fragile, heavy machines.
• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to maneuver heavy equipment, pallets, and raw materials.
• Infrastructure Setup: Assemble, configure, and safely anchor heavy-duty pallet racking systems as our inventory needs grow.
• Facility Management: Take ownership of the warehouse floor by maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized facility.
• Shipping & Receiving: Work hands-on alongside the team to prep outbound freight shipments, receive incoming deliveries, and manage loading docks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Core Experience: Proven background in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and operating a box truck.
• Equipment Mastery: Extensive experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift gates (current forklift certification is a strong plus).
• Driving Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate vehicles.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable working with your hands, lifting heavy items regularly, and building racking structures safely.
