Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Paid Media (Hybrid - Acton, MA or San Diego, CA)

Job Summary Insulet is seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team for the Omnipod brand. This role involves supporting the planning, development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across both online and offline channels. The Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to align on media plans, budget management, and the testing and optimization of strategies and creative. Position Overview Insulet is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team supporting the Omnipod brand. In this role, you will support the planning, development, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across online and offline channels. This role will collaborate closely with external agency partners and cross-functional Insulet stakeholders to drive top-performing paid campaigns. This includes aligning on media plans, budget planning and pacing, testing and optimization of media strategies, creative, and platforms, as well as performance insights. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with a mix of strong analytical instincts and a creative mindset who is eager to support our mission to help people simplify their lives with diabetes. You have experience across digital media and are curious about new platforms. You’re excited to move fast, take real ownership of projects, and try new things. You are confident getting “into the weeds” and can hold your own in conversations with agency and analytics partners, but can also translate that data and insights into clear language for leadership. You enjoy working independently but also collaborating closely with a team of passionate, welcoming colleagues who together drive a powerful DTC machine. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, Paid Media. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across a mix of channels—including paid social, paid search, CTV, and emerging platforms, as well as paid landing page content. Actively monitor campaign performance and report on results and key learnings. Work closely with our digital media agency on paid media planning and execution, testing, optimization, and performance data. Help communicate results and key learnings to cross functional stakeholders as required. Assist with budget tracking and pacing to ensure media investments are on track and aligned with goals. Work closely with creative teams both internally and externally to create campaign assets that will make an impact. Participate in the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for all campaign assets, managing timelines and feedback. Stay current on media trends, new platforms, and opportunities for testing. Required: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in digital paid media, with demonstrated experience in both the analytical and the creative sides of planning and execution. Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting performance data. Proven skills in managing agency relationships, coordinating with external partners, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple paid media activations simultaneously, coordinate complex timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on time execution. Proficiency building campaigns within Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (experience in TikTok, Reddit, or Snapchat Ads Manager a plus but not required) Comfortable operating in regulated environments.
