Agency Owner Hilda Thompson brings 40 years of insurance experience and is looking for a motivated producer who wants to learn, be coached, and grow. Our agency has received multiple awards and recognition from Allstate for top performance , and we're looking for someone who wants to contribute to that success.

Compensation:
- Base pay, plus no-cap commission and bonuses.
- Earn up to 15% Commissions!

ResponsibilitiesSell Property & Casualty insurance with a goal of 30+ items per month
Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers
Work agency-provided leads while also building your own sales pipeline
Generate business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and professional relationships
Follow up with prospects, identify customer needs, and confidently ask for the sale
Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training
Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to the agency
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
2+ years of P&C insurance sales experience preferred
A genuine passion for sales and helping people
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and money motivated
Comfortable prospecting and creating your own sales opportunities
Positive, coachable, accountable, and eager to grow
