Qualifications: Licensed in MO; Clean, Active DEA (need to be able to change address) BC.

Start Date: ASAP (45+ day cred with clean file)
Minimum Length Accepted: 3 mths ongoing
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p (8hours per day), clinic 5 days a week
Will need to see consults in hospital as needed
Beds in Department: 3-5

1/3 Hospital Call
Phone consults: 2-4
Admission: 1
Charting/Dictation: Athena
Additional Information: Average 15 or so consults a month in hospital to see, but will have time during clinic hours to see patients
Prefer 1 provider for continuity of care
Provider will need to be comfortable supervising AP providers
