Job Description: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager’s role is responsible for supporting the company’s brand presence, coordinating marketing initiatives, and planning and executing high-impact events. This role ensures alignment across marketing and events to support business objectives, enhance customer experience, and promote continued growth. The position works alongside the Marketing Director to coordinate projects, manage marketing activities, and support the execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Support Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Help maintain the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation. Monitor market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to support decision-making. Assist with the planning and execution of company events that elevate brand visibility and support business objectives. 2. Team & Project Management Coordinate marketing projects, creative initiatives, and event planning activities. Oversee workflow, project timelines, and resource allocation across marketing campaigns and event logistics. Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, venues, and event contractors. 3. Marketing Campaigns Coordinate the creation, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.• Assist with creative development, including visuals, content, messaging, and brand materials. Coordinate marketing initiatives across relevant platforms and channels. Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased ROI. 4. Brand & Event Management Maintain brand consistency across all company platforms and assets. Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral, website updates, and promotional materials. Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives. Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, client experiences, and community engagements. Develop event concepts and themes that reflect brand values and enhance customer experience. Coordinate event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, A/V coordination, registration, and on-site management. Track event performance, attendee engagement, and ROI to inform future planning and strategy. 5. Budget & Performance Assist with managing marketing and event budgets. Help allocate spending efficiently based on performance insights and organizational priorities. Track KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics, event ROI, and revenue impact. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing marketing and event performance, results, and recommendations for the Marketing Director.
