Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level 4 NICU night shift position requiring 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience and IN or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• 13-week assignment length
• Possible float to Peds/PICU as needed
• Possible float to a nearby Carmel, IN NICU location as needed
• Uses Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current PALS certification (AHA)
• Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics), NRP Advanced preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required for this unit
• Candidates should only be submitted to one Ascension position system-wide
• Travelers should begin discussing extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
• Local candidates are accepted, though a radius rule may apply that affects pay rate
