Dedicated with a Warrior Work Ethic 3. Passionate about Preparing Great Food We are currently hiring Assistant Kitchen Managers. As a member of the Leadership Team, they assist the Kitchen Manager with executing and fulfilling our commitments to our Great Food Fundamental Disciplines. Assistant Kitchen Manager responsibilities include: 1. Thorough and Complete Line Checks 2. Engaged Coaching and Teaching of Our Teammates 3.
