We are looking for: Quality Assurance Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Define and execute the test requirements to ensure the quality of the solutions before they go into production.
• Design, review, and execute manual and automated test plans aligned with quality standards and good practices of the sector.
• Identify, register, and follow up on defects, ensuring their correct resolution together with the technical teams.
• Collaborate actively with developers, engineers, and tech leads within Agile squads.
• Ensure an optimal user experience following the Think Customer approach in Contact Centre and IVR solutions.

Requirements:

Exclusives:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles within technology teams.
• Experience working with QA management systems and tools.
• Participation in the review and execution of manual and automated test plans and procedures.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Desirables:

• Knowledge in Contact Centres, IVR, telephony solutions, and agent desktops.
• Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
