Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

RN – Nursing
Schedule: EOW and every other holiday
Assignment Details: 12 to 13 weeks, ASAP start
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management strategies.
Compliance / Notes:
Must comply with orientation requirements and background checks.
