Who We're Looking For:

• Operators for Mail Inserters
• Print Machine Operators
• InkJet Operators
• Operators for Multi-Line Optical Character Reader (MLOCR) lines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

 

1. Ensure that all equipment is set up correctly and manned with a competent work force.
2. Oversee machine processing on multiple lines.
3. Oversee quality assurance measures including spot checking of tray labeling, strapping, and cage placards.
4. Provide complete and accurate VAR documentation to the USPS acceptance clerk.
5. Meet processing schedules for timely truck pick-ups
6. Other job-related instructions as requested by the Presort Supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read and write in English
2. Ability to communicate effectively with the Presort Supervisor.
3. Ability to give clear instructions and ensure they are followed.
4. Ability to follow instructions.
5. Knowledge of USPS rules, regulations and procedure is a PLUS

About The Company

Arkansas Mailing Services was formed in 2004, in North Little Rock, Arkansas. We started with customers in the Central Arkansas area but now have customers from all over the country using our services. Our mission here at AMS is to Make Mailing Easy for our customers by providing them with a one-stop-shop for all their printing and mailing needs. We added to our growth by opening a facility in Northwest Arkansas a few years ago. We are looking to add to that team.
