Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in facilities management, building maintenance, or related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years of progressive facilities or maintenance experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial environments Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across multiple locations within assigned territory Ensure reliability of critical systems including lighting, emergency power, security, and safety systems across all assigned properties Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement Execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption to operations Maintain building exteriors, grounds, and common areas to company brand standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Talent Group
