Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional coursework or training in business administration, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous experience in transportation, logistics, shipping and receiving, dispatching, or administrative support preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, drivers, and customers. Experience handling office documentation, data entry, and billing-related functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Duties Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to support transportation operations. Process transportation documentation and prepare required postal and shipping paperwork. Dispatch drivers and outbound line hauls while ensuring timely communication of delivery schedules. Prepare bills of lading and other shipment-related documentation. Monitor inbound mail deliveries and accurately record delivery dates and times. Track customer pickups and communicate with vendors regarding shipment status and updates. Maintain transportation, billing, and financial records within company systems. Provide professional customer service and operational support through phone and email communications. Organize files and maintain accurate transportation and logistics records. Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
