Job Summary:

Assist patients by providing services to restore function and ability to perform daily activities improve mobility relieve pain and limit permanent physical disabilities.

Job Requirements:

Current and valid license as an Occupational Therapist in TN required. Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy required. One year of related experience preferred.
