Manager, Software Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**Promote domain knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team. **Minimum Qualifications**5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven ability to hire, lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) into development workflows.Experience with SaaS or other enterprise software development.Familiarity with data modelling, ingestion and transformation.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
