Job Description
The Accounts Payable Accountant plays a key role in managing the company’s outgoing payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Working within a small team, this position focuses on processing invoices, scheduling payments, and reconciling accounts using Lightspeed DMS software. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Process and record vendor invoices accurately
- Schedule and coordinate timely payments
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Maintain vendor records and manage data entry
- Keep detailed and organized financial records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
