Part-Time Medical Assistant – Private Medical Practice

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and independently driven Medical Assistant to join our private medical practice on a part-time basis.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• No weekends

Responsibilities:

• Rooming and preparing patients for appointments
• Taking vital signs and obtaining patient histories
• Preparing rooms and supplies for in-office procedures
• Assisting with in-office procedures as needed
• Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms
• Supporting the physician and maintaining efficient patient flow
• Documenting patient information accurately in the computer system

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Friendly and compassionate with patients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills are a must
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Prior medical assistant or clinical experience preferred
• Able to take initiative and work efficiently in a private practice setting
