The DeNovo Area Center Administrator supports the Area Operations Manager by providing hands-on, day-to-day operational oversight across assigned centers. This role is responsible for driving consistent execution of operational and clinical foundational processes, standards, and initiatives through regular monitoring, follow-up, and direct support of center leadership. The DeNovo Area Center Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations by working closely with Center Administrators (CAs), Multi-Site Clinical Trainers (MCTs), and area leadership teams to address operational needs, reinforce expectations, resolve barriers, and ensure teams have the systems, staffing readiness, and processes in place to achieve operational and clinical performance goals across multiple locations. • 58,656 base compensation
• 10,000 in additional annual compensation
• 10,000 Relocation Assistance Package

Outcomes: Operational and clinical foundational standards, policies, and initiatives are implemented consistently across all assigned locations Centers demonstrate stable day-to-day operations, including reliable scheduling, staffing, onboarding completion, and RBT certification and credentialing Operational metrics including but not limited to, labor utilization, admin productivity, prescription fulfillment, therapy hours per day, RBT certification and credentialing, staffing, and attrition meeting and/or exceeding expectations across assigned centers Action items, initiatives, and identified gaps are tracked, followed up on, and resolved in a timely manner, with clear communication to center and area leadership. Center leaders (CAs, ACAs, MCTs, CTs) demonstrate improved confidence, consistency, and effectiveness in executing operational expectations and managing daily center needs. Operational risks, trends, and barriers are identified early, escalated appropriately, and addressed with practical solutions Assigned centers operate with aligned workflows, expectations, and standards supporting scalability. Centers are operationally prepared to support enrollment growth, staffing changes, and process updates with minimal disruption. What we are looking for: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Current/Previous Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification highly preferred, or, at minimum, demonstrated experience in ABA field Current ACA or CA within Behavioral Innovations 2+ years leadership experience 1+ year experience in supporting multiple centers/sites Demonstrated time management, observation, and analytical skills. Ability to effectively receive, interpret, and communicate detailed information through written and verbal communication. Willingness and ability to learn, implement, and train others in new skills and procedures. Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple locations. Responsible to travel to centers in assigned area 80% of the time.
