Regional Operations Director – Parts & Service

Fresno Metro Area

$140,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus

Job Summary

The Regional Operations Director will lead the growth and operational performance of the Parts & Service business across an assigned region. This role serves as the full P&L owner and is responsible for driving financial results, operational excellence, standardized processes, and talent development across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete P&L for the region — revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and profitability
Drive operational and financial performance by analyzing key metrics and holding site leaders accountable
Implement standardized processes and procedures across all locations, with urgency
Lead, mentor, and develop Site/Branch Managers; build a strong service and performance culture
Support recruitment, training, and retention of talent at the site level
Work cross-functionally to support customer relationships and service sales growth
Ensure branches have the right resources, tools, and training to execute the business plan
Identify operational improvements and drive change management initiatives
Represent the company professionally in the market and industry

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Business preferred)
5–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in heavy equipment, forklift, automotive dealership, or related service industries
Proven P&L ownership experience managing multiple locations
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business drivers
Demonstrated success implementing processes and bringing structure to ambiguous environments
Experience leading and developing teams in blue-collar / technical environments
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
