OT: Field position - Central Valley/Stockton/Modesto

Home Health: Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday or M-F LOCALS OK

Home Health experience preferred - willing to consider candidates with no HH experience

CA license in hand preferred

Oasis experience required

GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours

Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed

Mileage between patients - IRS Standard

Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience

Accepting pending CA license. Traveler need to have applied upon submission

Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience

OASIS experience PREFERRED

Locals at travel rate

BLS-AHA required

Timely communication and documentation are mandatory

CA License in-hand required with submission

All travelers are required to have an active drivers license, and personal transportation

RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application

On-call rotation may be required - please discuss during interview

Home Health Checklist is mandatory

Travel Pairs: accepted, however each traveler will be assigned to their own territory and must have own transportation

Modules: Modules are billable Modules are completed during orientation
