Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current GA Speech-Language Pathologist license or GaPSC Certification (one required to start, both needed over time)
• Open to Clinical Fellows and those credentialed as Speech-Language Associates (certified through GaPSC)
• Experience in school-based settings, preferably at multiple grade levels
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to foster a positive therapeutic environment for children and adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students as assigned
• Complete screenings and evaluations to determine speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Communicate regularly with educators, administrators, and caregivers regarding student progress
• Support a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
