Our state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting opportunity for experienced Electronic Assemblers. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, our Electronic Assemblers are an integral part of the team tasked with assembling electronic components and PCB boards per work instructions to meet customer and quality specifications. Our Electronic Assemblers are dynamic self-starters who adapt to an evolving environment, thrive under pressure of meeting deadlines along with a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: - Job requires that the employee is able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time - Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds - Must have excellent eyesight and hearing (cannot be color blind) - Work environment includes machines and tools with sharp moving parts and hot surfaces - Employees may be exposed to moderate noise levels and processes that utilize solder, potting material, conformal coating, and cleaning agents, which have various odors - Employees must wear safety glasses, ESD smocks, ESD straps at all times when on the production floor (all of these items are provided by 4Front) ITAR Requirements: To conform with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or actively working towards obtaining the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 4Front Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes individuals of diverse talents and backgrounds.
