Lead System Analyst

Lead System AnalystWe are seeking a Lead System Analyst to design and document complex technical solutions. This role involves interacting with customers to identify and document functional requirements, and directing cross-departmental projects. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity if near a company campus.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to identify and document functional requirements, including business functions, procedural flows, data elements, and performance criteria.Design and document complex technical solutions to meet functional systems requirements, including feasibility evaluation, technical architecture, and logical data models.Develop detailed design function specifications, program specifications, and system processes.Create testing and conversion procedures for new solutions.Direct and develop complex, highly visible projects across departments and assign tasks.Required QualificationsExperience:Significant experience in full lifecycle project planning and management within a large, complex Information Systems environment, including planning, testing, implementing, and problem-solving.Advanced organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Technical Skills:Proficiency with Word is required.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
