Food Service Director

Join our team as a Food Service Director, where you will lead our culinary department and ensure the delivery of nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year of experience in food service management. Responsibilities include menu planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations. Strong leadership, culinary skills, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness are essential for this role. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the dietary department, including food preparation, service, and catering Supervise and train staff in food safety practices and customer service Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards and cater to diverse tastes Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of the food service department Requirements Proven experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality sector Strong background in food preparation and service management Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Certification in food safety or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunrise Manor (3)
