Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic treatment.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage progress in their home environments.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient developments and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal improvement and adherence to goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is a must.
