Pay Rate:  $22/hour plus commission

Hours:  Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday, flexible

Length:  Temporary to Hire

Job Title:  Inside Sales

Location:  Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

• Prospect and call potential customers to build your book of business
• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing shippers
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
• Track and manage booked freight from start to finish
• Stay informed on market trends and industry conditions
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements: 

• Strong customer service and sales experience
• Comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and eager to learn new software systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
