We are looking for a consultative sales rock star to help clients look and feel their best with more hair when they are struggling with hair loss for medical reasons or just thinning hair.
This is a place you work for not just for a paycheck, but you will make a positive difference in women's lives here.
STRUT HAIR SOLUTIONS is hiring another team member to add to our sales team 25-35 hrs a week.
This position entails:

Sales of wigs and hair extensions in a consultative manner about the products and services that would best suit our clients needs/goals.

We're looking for a candidate who can:

• Consultative selling of hair solutions
• Helping clients check out with their purchase
• Offering support products for them to purchase (shampoo's / scalp analysis/ Etc.)
• Calling clients to make sure they are happy with their purchases once they are home
• Taking client before and after photos/videos to post to social

You'll flourish here:
-Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided
-Help multiple customers easily and efficiently
-Work ethic that goes above and beyond
-A love of beauty and hair is a plus
-Detail oriented - complete daily checklists
-Reliable

-3 Saturdays a month is required
-Sunday's/Monday's off
-Client Tips and Sales Bonuses/Spiffs
-Paid training (don't worry if you've never worked with alternative hair before we'll train you!)
We hire for attitude and train the skills to be successful!

-Team Dinners, Industry Events, and Community Involvement

Candidates that do well here have previously worked at places such as Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Macy's, Beauty Supply's, Etc.
