Accounting Manager

Fast growing company in Chester County, PA is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Controller, who is fantastic. This will be a very visible role with a lot of reporting to executives. Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; responsible for month, quarter, and year end close accounting. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including commentary and related analysis. Prepare financial reports for senior leadership. Conduct analysis of pertinent financial data. Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues. Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures. Ad-hoc projects.
