Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals. Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex patients. Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and fall prevention education. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and equipment use. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
