In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact, communicating with potential customers directly over the phone to promote sustainable solar energy solutions and save money on their electric expenses. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive growth, expand our customer base, and help homeowners harness the power of the sun. Your main job will be to call warm leads and qualify the customer, and schedule an appointment with them to meet with one of our Solar Experts. You will also follow up with existing leads to help us gain customers. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise with opportunity to grow with a growing company in a growing industry! Sales experience is preferred, but not required! Pay is Salary plus commission

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to introduce our services and schedule sales consultations with potential customers
• Manage leads efficiently within CRM software such as Hubspot, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
• Utilize sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and improve productivity
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales technology adoption, including CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or other sales environments
• Ability to work and navigate sales CRMs
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling techniques and/or call center experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be a problem solver
• Excellent persuasion skills
• Strong work ethic is a must
