I opened my agency in 1999 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing more than 40 years of insurance experience into how I lead and support my team today. Insurance is truly in my blood I come from a State Farm family, with multiple agents and team members across generations. That foundation has shaped an agency built on knowledge, consistency, and a long-term mindset. Our team of nine works in a fast-paced, high-performing environment focused on building real careers, not just jobs. Over the years, our agency has earned top-tier recognition, including decades as a Presidents Club travel qualifier, Chairmans Circle, Million Dollar Round Table, and Regional Vice Presidents Club honors. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dick Valentine - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
