Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Location: East of Dallas, TX | In-Clinic & In-Home Services

Our multidisciplinary team serves clients in both clinic and in-home settings, creating individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful growth for each child and their family.

Position: BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) We are seeking a dedicated

BCaBA

to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and supervise RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on quality care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions with clients Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data Support parent training and family education initiatives Provide clinical support and mentorship to RBTs Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and staff development Ensure therapy aligns with the mission of “therapy with heart”

Requirements: Active

BCaBA certification

through the

Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and their families Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
