Systems Engineer Senior

Role Overview The selected candidate will be a member of the F‑22 System Design team focused on weapons development and integration. As a System Engineer Senior, you will manage system requirements, derive system design, and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to support the fielding of new capabilities within the F‑22 Modernization Special Projects portfolio. Responsibilities Manage system requirements, derive system design, and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to support the fielding of new capabilities. Apply technical principles, theories, and system engineering concepts to meet technical and schedule milestones. Identify risk and ensure customer needs are being addressed. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or STEM related discipline. Ability to effectively work with multiple cross‑organizational technical teams, internally and externally. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills to convey complex technical details to senior management and customers. Ability to obtain clearance to a SAP area. Desired Skills F‑22 experience. Experience working with mission and weapon system architectures and capabilities. Weapons integration experience. Systems engineering development. Test planning and execution from system design requirements to system test. Flight test execution and post‑flight data analysis. Active TS clearance. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret. Work Schedule Onsite Full‑time.
