Facility Project ManagerThe Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of Stationary Engineers at CMI's 24/7 customer site in Gaithersburg, MD.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergenciesEnsure that Stationary Engineer roles are staffed at all times for all shiftsCommunicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing statusResponsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthlyOversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely mannerMeasure and evaluate productivity and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvementEnsure any required corrective action complies with contract performanceQualificationsHigh school diploma; BA degree preferredAt least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity as a project manager or superintendent.Must have experience managing mission critical (24/7) government operationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skillsAbility to speak, read, and comprehend English to effectively perform these job functions and comply with installation emergency proceduresCompetencies for SuccessTeamworkResults orientation/operational excellenceHolding self and other accountableOperational business thinkingAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
