Job Title Occupational Therapist Location Clearlake, CA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (start time approximately 8:30 AM with a 30-minute lunch) Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services in a primarily outpatient setting with additional acute inpatient coverage as needed Support a 25-bed rural critical access hospital environment, including general inpatient and ICU patient populations Participate in daily morning huddle to assess outpatient clinic coverage needs, typically 2–4 additional hours per day Deliver therapy services in a dynamic, patient-load-driven schedule while maintaining consistent daily coverage Collaborate with outpatient and inpatient therapy teams to coordinate patient care and scheduling Required Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday, day shift schedule with no on-call requirements outside of scheduled hours Comfortable working in a rural critical access hospital setting with a varied patient population Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in outpatient and/or acute inpatient occupational therapy settings Experience working in a rural or critical access hospital environment Travel therapy experience is a plus Why Join Us Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved rural community with a consistent, predictable weekday schedule and no after-hours call obligations Newer graduates are encouraged to apply — this team is open to candidates at various experience levels pending interview Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 772987.
