CT Technologist - Full Time

Locations: Stony Brook, NY
Pay: $50-$60 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

• Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our growing radiology team. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality patient care, efficiency, and collaboration within a fast-paced medical environment.

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using GE and Siemens CT scanners, ensuring accurate results for provider diagnosis and patient treatment. You'll work independently most of the time, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and technical skill.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols using GE and Siemens equipment.
• Ensure high-quality imaging for diagnostic interpretation.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and referring providers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment performance and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all departmental, hospital, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• NYS Radiologic Technologist License required
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT equipment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
