With approximately 384 total hours onsite throughout the year, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students
• Engaging in meetings and active student support planning
• Collaborating with school staff, families, and other professional team members
• Maintaining organized, compliant documentation and managing student cases
• Fostering a supportive environment for student success within the school setting

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid New Mexico School Social Worker licensure or credentials (required)
• Prior experience in school-based social work beneficial
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and navigate multidisciplinary environments
