Role Overview Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Tasks include accurately processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for sale. Participates in store recovery, safety initiatives, and maintains organizational standards. May be cross‑trained to support various store areas to meet business needs.
