En Essity, compañía global líder en higiene y salud, buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al servicio para integrarse a nuestro equipo como Asistente de Dirección en nuestro sitio de Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo . Esta posición será responsable de brindar soporte administrativo y de coordinación a la Dirección, asegurando una gestión eficiente de agendas, reuniones, viajes y actividades relacionadas con el negocio. Responsabilidades principales Gestionar y coordinar la agenda ejecutiva. Organizar reuniones presenciales y virtuales, incluyendo logística y seguimiento. Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas en PowerPoint. Preparar minutas y dar seguimiento a acuerdos y actividades. Coordinar viajes nacionales e internacionales, reservaciones y logística asociada. Administrar y dar seguimiento a reportes de gastos. Coordinar visitas internas y externas. Mantener comunicación efectiva con diferentes áreas y niveles de la organización. Brindar soporte administrativo general a la Dirección. Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Negocios, Relaciones Internacionales, Comunicación o afín. Mínimo 2 año de experiencia en posiciones similares de asistencia ejecutiva o administrativa. Inglés intermedio (capacidad para interactuar por correo electrónico y participar en conversaciones laborales). Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint, Outlook, Word y Excel. (CONCUR preferente). Experiencia en coordinación de agendas, reuniones y viajes. Excelentes habilidades de organización, seguimiento y atención al detalle. Competencias Planeación y organización. Discreción y manejo de información confidencial. Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples prioridades. Orientación al servicio y trabajo en equipo.
