We are a Microsoft focused Managed Services Provider hiring a MSP experienced System Administrator to own mid level and advanced escalations within a fast paced Reactive Operations Center. This is not an entry level support role. You will manage complex tickets from intake through resolution, lead technical response during Priority 1 incidents, and use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and service delivery. Your work will span Microsoft 365, identity, networking, firewalls, endpoints, and client applications while providing a calm, clear experience during high pressure technical situations.THE ISSUES YOU WILL OWN
Resolve advanced tickets across Microsoft 365, networking, identity, security, endpoints, and line of business applications Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, user access, and Microsoft endpoint environments Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless, switching, routing, firewalls, and LAN/WAN connectivity Lead technical resolution during Priority 1 incidents and communicate business impact clearly to clients Manage a high ticket volume while maintaining accurate notes, documentation, time entries, and next steps Use AI and automation tools to analyze tickets, summarize technical work, and improve documentation quality Determine when to troubleshoot independently and when to elevate with complete technical context Travel to client sites when onsite troubleshooting or implementation work is requiredWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
5 to 7 years of Level 2 or higher support, escalation, or systems administration experience within an MSP Strong hands on Microsoft 365 experience across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and endpoint troubleshooting Advanced networking skills across firewalls, VPNs, wireless, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and complex connectivity issues Experience managing and documenting a high volume of tickets in ConnectWise PSA or a similar platform Strong judgement around severity, urgency, prioritization, escalation, and client impact Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to nontechnical stakeholders Practical interest in using AI and automation to improve service delivery Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationTHE SUPPORT BEHIND YOUR GROWTH
