As Activities & Volunteer Coordinator, you'll lead resident engagement, volunteer services, concierge operations, and customer experience programs—creating connection, purpose, and well-being that drive resident and family satisfaction.What You'll Do:Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and eventsOversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory careSupervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staffRecruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnershipsTrack participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programmingManage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platformsLead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitorsSupport budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planningPartner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagementEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standardsWhat You'll Bring:2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer managementProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple prioritiesStrong organizational, communication, and event-planning skillsExperience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferredSound judgment in a fast-paced environmentPassion for creating meaningful resident experiencesValid driver's license, if requiredActivities & Volunteer Coordinator | Resident Engagement | Volunteer Services | Concierge Operations | Senior Living | Memory Care | Event PlanningPay Range: 23.30 - 29.20Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
