Join us today and discover why MB2 is widely recognized as an exceptional workplace that fosters professional growth and an unparalleled sense of community.We are excited to offer our team members a competitive compensation package that includes medical/dental/vision/life insurance, long and short-term disability, generous PTO, paid holidays, traditional and Roth 401(k) options, and much more!ResponsibilitiesAccurately post patient payments from multiple platforms into the Practice Management System (PMS).Monitor and reconcile daily reports.Ensure all transactions are posted within the department's Service Level Agreement (SLA).Opt out of insurance Virtual Credit Card (VCC) payments and coordinate alternative payment methods.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates for auditing purposes.Assist with enrollments and cancellations for third-party vendors.Conduct audits of insurance fee schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.Process PPO secondary insurance claims in a timely manner.Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow improvements.Maintain HIPAA compliance.Complete other projects as assigned.QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel.Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental software experience preferred.Typing/Data Entry Skills are ideal.Ability to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goals.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.INDHRM200Job Summary
