Division Manager - Data Center | Mission Critical Construction Location: Atlanta, Georgia Overview A leading national construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee a large-scale, mission-critical data center project in Atlanta, Georgia. This senior leadership role is responsible for the successful delivery of a complex, high-value data center project, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and client-facing leadership from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data center or other mission-critical construction, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Provide executive‑level leadership and oversight for a major data center project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, including safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction. Lead and mentor project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction staff. Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. Collaborate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges. Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships within the data center market. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with significant experience in data center and/or mission‑critical projects . Proven experience leading large, complex projects as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client‑management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Willingness to be based in or relocate to Atlanta, GA .
