Storage Engineer : State Street

Job Title

We are looking to add multi-disciplined technologists to grow our ability to respond to technology incidents, security alerts, maintenance activities for various Storage platforms.

Location: Irvine, CA -- (Hybrid -- 3 days onsite two days remote)

Must Have

• Netapps Cluster Ontaps support and Veritas Netbackup support.
• Must know command line for Brocade and MDS switches.
• At least 5 years+ experience
• Minimum 8 years of SAN and NAS administration experience.
• Bachelor's level or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering - if the candidate has the experience and no degree, the manager is open to seeing candidates like this

Skills

We are looking for someone who is a team player with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with at least 8 years experience on SAN and NAS platforms mentioned below.

• NetApp CDOT mode Administration
• Pure storage Administration.
• Hitachi SAN administration a plus.
• Oracle Tape Library/Tape Drive Administration
• Oracle Key Management Administration
• Veritas Netbackup Administration (Linux and Windows Master Servers)
• Veritas Netbackup Key Management Administration
• Brocade and MDS switch administration.
• Plus: Unix Scripting and global infrastructure support experience is a plus.
