Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new‑grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. Clinical Locations West Orange, NJ Caldwell, NJ Compensation $90,000 to $110,000 per year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 bi‑weekly ($31,000 annually).
